Overview:

Our client, a well-established manufacturer headquartered in NE Portland, is seeking a Digital Marketing Content Creator to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing dynamic content that elevates brand visibility and drives engagement across multiple marketing channels, including social media, email, websites, and PR initiatives.

Title: Marketing Coordinator - Content Creator

Location: NE Portland

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary annually + monthly performance incentive up to 20%

Reports To: Marketing Communications Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Design, schedule, and publish posts (videos, graphics, animations) to grow audience reach; monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content consistent with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Draft press releases, articles, and external communications to support public relations efforts.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, product literature, and branded materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience creating digital and print content.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bonus: experience with GIFs, 3D imaging, or video production.
